We created the Daily network for Doğuş Otomotiv!
In order to strengthen communication among Doğuş Otomotiv employees and get rid of the distances between the people in the working environment, we built the Daily social network.
This inner communication portal, which brings all the Doğuş Otomotiv employees together at one place, increased the team spirit as well as helping the working processes. The employees were able to communicate about issues like daily events, improvements in the sector, careers, and office memos on this digital platform.
Increasing the inner communication of the company employees have motivated them individually while increasing their loyalty to the company and improved the work processes with happy employees. Therefore, both the communication between the employees and the team spirit got stronger!
The goal was to create a digital platform where the Doğuş Otomotiv employees could enjoy themselves by sharing news about the company and the employees, celebrating birthdays, and talking about improvements.
